Pengaruh Pijat Bayi Oleh Ibu Terhadap Perubahan Berat Badan Pada Ibu Postpartum

Abstract
Pijat ibu adalah jenis komunikasi antara ibu dan sentuhan bayi. Pijat dada dan pijat perut akan menstimulasi saraf parasimpatis dan membuat perut menghasilkan hormon gastrin dan meningkatkan motilitas lambung dan perut, mendorong dan menyerap nutrisi makanan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap perubahan berat badan ibu post partum.Metode penelitian quasy eksperimental dengan dua desain pretest dan posttest kelompok. Populatoin adalah ibu dan bayi postpartum dalam 2 minggu-1 bulan tanpa perbedaan pengambilan sampel. Sampel adalah 32 responden yang terdiri dari 2 kelompok intervensi kedua kelompok dilakukan pretest berat badan bayi kemudian diberikan intervensi selama dua minggu, setelah itu dilakukan post test dengan mengukur berat bayi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan paired sample t-test dengan wilcoxon. Nilai p-value yang didapat 0,007 dari kelompok perlatan dan 0,000 kelompok kontrol dengan perbedaan antara perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol p-nilai 0,000. Berdasarkan analisis, ada pengaruh pijatan bayi pada ibu terhadap perubahan berat badan untuk ibu nifas pada 2019.Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk diterapkan selama perawatan ibu nifas dan ibu menyusui dengan melibatkan peran ibu selama perawatan harian bayi.
